‘Image Of Christ’ Appears In Sky Over Argentina

A stunning image of a Christ-like figure was captured appearing through the clouds over a small town in Argentina.

The photo was taken in the city of San Salvador de Jujuy by Monica Aramayo using her smartphone. She then shared the stunning image of a startling white figure with outstretched arms on social media.

The image spread quickly online leaving many people falling to their knees and praising Jesus Christ.

According to the DailyMail, the fervently Catholic South American country’s social media users compared it to the portrayal commonly seen in Renaissance artwork.

Some people pointed out that the image looked like the famous Christ the Redeemer statue found in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The ‘head’ of the Christ-like figure can be clearly seen in the image as well as a cassock which the Jesus Christ was thought to wear appears to flow down to the ground below.

Some people also pointed out that the ‘head’ appeared to be adorned with a crown of thorns associated with the Crucifixion of Jesus.

Social media user Mariela Romano commented, ‘The Lord will soon come for us all and we should be ready.’

Carlos Daniel Nieva said, ‘Thanks for the image that allows us to keep on our path and have a better hope for tomorrow.’

Of course there were also some skeptics who said there’s nothing more to see other than the sun shining through the clouds. Some critics doubt the photo is real, claiming it was photoshopped.

This isn’t the first time believers have claimed to see images of Christ in unusual places. In March, Alfredo Lo Brutto, took a picture of a glowing image of Jesus above an Italian town as sunlight broke through the clouds. Can you see the resemblance?

When A Person Asks Me Why I Still Believe In Jesus, I Read Them These Lyrics

I can’t take a heart that’s broken, Make it over again
But I know a man who can

And I can’t take a soul that’s sinful, And make it white, whiter than snow
But I know a man who can

Some call Him Savior, the Redeemer of all men
I call Him Jesus, for He’s my dearest friend

If you feel, no one can help you, And your life is out of hand
Well, I know a man who can

I can’t walk upon the waters, Or calm a raging sea
But I know a man who can

And I can’t cause blind eyes to open, Make the lame to rise up and walk again
But I know a man who can

Some call Him Savior, the Redeemer of all men
I call Him Jesus, for He’s my dearest friend

If you feel, no one can help you, And your life is out of hand
Well, I know a man who can

Some call Him Savior, the Redeemer of all men
I call Him Jesus, for He’s my dearest friend

If you feel, no one can help you, And your life is out of hand
Well, I know a man
Yes, I know a man who can

Loving Dad Gets A Matching Tattoo Of His Son's Chest Scar After Life-Saving Open Heart Surgery

Six-year-old Joey Watts, from Beverley, East Yorkshire, underwent an eight-hour operation at Leeds Children’s Hospital to widen the blood vessel just last month.

The procedure which came with a one-in-10 chance of survival was successful but it left Joey with a 9cm scar down the center of his chest.

“When Joey saw the scar, he just said, ‘Is this where they have cut me to fix my heart?'” Mrs Watts said.

“We’ve told him it should be something to be proud of and he shouldn’t be ashamed by what has happened to him. All of these warriors should be proud of their scars and all they achieve in life.” She added.

On the day after Joey was discharged from hospital, his father, Martin Watts, went to a local tattoo parlor to have a replica of his son’s scar tattooed on his chest to show Joey it is nothing to be ashamed of. Mr Watts also had his son’s heartbeat tattooed on his chest to the right of the scar design.

Joey’s brother, seven-year-old Harley, was also diagnosed with the same condition, supravalvular aortic stenosis, when he was 14 weeks old. SVAS is a congenital disorder that narrows the large vessel carrying blood from the heart to the rest of the body.

“We have another little boy called Harley with the same condition who will also be having surgery in the near future. So to us this is an amazing thing to do to spread awareness, and maybe encourage a few more people help to fund-raise for such a fantastic cause.” Mrs. Watts said.

The Watts family are supporting the “#ScarSelfie” campaign being promoted by the Children’s Heart Surgery Fund (CHSF), which hopes to inspire, encourage and enlighten others about the plight of those with heart diseases.

#ScarSelfie celebrates patients with congenital heart diseases and encourages them to share intimate photos of their scars. The campaign also encourages donations to CHSF, which provides aid to the Leeds Congenital Heart Unit at Leeds Children’s Hospital.

Sharon Milner, CEO of CHSF, said, “We fully understand that showing a scar picture is a very personal decision and not for everyone. We are blown away by the bravery and resilience of the hundreds of CHD patients who undergo open-heart surgery and life-saving procedures at the Leeds Congenital Heart Unit every day – like Joey.”

“This campaign is one way of celebrating the incredible stories of these heart warriors. Please do take part if you can, and support our wonderful cause by way of donations.” She added.

Joey will require three more operations to widen his pulmonary branches and stretch his blood vessels.

5-Year-Old Fell Into The Gorilla Pit- What Happened Next ‘Would Astonish The World’

It was a tale that left the whole world astonished, a 5-year-old boy fell off a 20 feet high wall into a gorilla pit and was knocked unconscious. The horrifying moment caught on video then shows how the child is, surprisingly, protected by a giant 450-pound male silver-back gorilla, named Jambo, who softly strokes his back and then stood guard to protect the child from other gorillas.

On August 30 1986, Levan Merritt, his parents, Stephen and Pauline, and his siblings, Stephanie, Clint and Lloyd decided to visit the zoo to celebrate the birthday of his youngest sibling, Lloyd. Little did they know their family trip would be broadcast around the world and bring Jambo to stardom.

As Levan lay unconsious on the ground, a giant 450-pound male silverback gorilla called Jambo approached him and gently stroked his back.

When the family got to the gorilla pit, dad Stephen lifted Levan’s brother Clint on his shoulders to get a better look at the apes below. Levan decided to follow suit and climbed up the wall before anyone could notice he slipped and fell 20 feet into the pit, snapping his arm and fracturing his skull in the process.

The Merrits family and a crowd of onlookers watched on in horror, as Jambo reached out and gently stroked Levan’s back.

Jambo then stood guard over Levan, placing himself between the unconscious child and the other gorillas who were approaching in a protective stance.

A few moments later, Levan began to regain consciousness and started to cry. As his family and other people screamed at him to remain still, his crying caused Jambo and the gorillas to retreat in panic.

Rescuers then jumped in to retrieve Levan after which he was airlifted to hospital.

The footage was featured in “The Urban Gorilla,” an award-winning 1992 documentary by ArgoFilms that follows the lives of 9 gorillas living in captivity.

“Never before had such an accident occurred. And never before had this full-grown male gorilla encountered a human being within his domain. Only the worst could be imagined. But what was to unfold this September afternoon would astonish the world.” Narrator Glenn Close describes the tense moment.

Jambo’s and Levan’s tale produced headlines around the world and helped to alter the perception of gorillas from King Kong’s mean-spirited animals to the smart, sensitive, delicate species we understand them to be today.
