For the following homemade remedy you will need only 2 ingredients that you can already find in your kitchen.
You will need:
- 300 grams of celery
- 6 lemons
> Start by washing the celery and then grate it. Put it in a pot and add the lemon juice. Cover the pot and put it into another pot full of water and boil until the water in the large pot reaches a boiling point. When it starts to boil, lower the heat and let it simmer at a low temperature for approximately 2 hours.
> Then, remove the pots from heat, but don’t remove the lids until the mixture has cooled completely. Once, it’s cooled down, pour it in a jar, close it tightly and put it in a fridge.
> Consume a tablespoon of this remedy every morning on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before breakfast. The results will show soon as you will notice your blood sugar levels are going back to normal.
