Majority of people wake up in the morning and find that they have headaches. When you are a culprit, you keep wondering what might be the problem? There are a number of factors that may contribute to endless issues with headache some of which include caffeine withdrawal, flu, stress or even dehydration.

Another common cause of headache is dehydration. If you consistently wake up with headaches you might be drinking less water every day. To prevent such a cause, make sure you take plenty of water before you go to bed daily and this will keep headache at bay.
It is therefore very important that when you experience episodes of headache too much, try to identify the cause of headache and just avoid it or work a way to prevent it as discussed above. If its flu, manage the symptoms slowly and prevent it from worsening at an early stage. If its coffee withdrawal, drink less and less each day for the amount that doesn’t cause you headache as you limit the amount of coffee you take. Do not just withdraw from coffee at once!
If its stress, identify the stress or work your way out of it. It might be psychological or physical just work on it holistically. If its water just drink enough water and see your life get back to normal.
