Jasmine. Jasmine is an exotic plants that actually do wonders to your sleep. For one thing, it can help reduce your anxiety levels so that it will be easier for you to fall asleep at night. And when you’re able to get a good night’s sleep, you’ll feel energetic and more alert the following day. Peace Lily. The Peace Lily is also a good choice when it comes to improving your sleep because it can filter out harmful toxins such as benzene, formaldehyde, and trichloroethylene. Another plus to this plant is that it can increase the room’s humidity up to 5% at least which can eradicate any airborne toxins. Just place the Peace Lily in a nice shady area of your bedroom and far from the reach of your pets plus watering it every week will keep this plant and you happy.

Golden Pothos. Its heart-shaped leaves are worth including in your list of bedroom plants to consider as it is not that difficult to raise. As a matter of fact, even with your busy schedule, you’ll find that the Golden Pothos can actually thrive on its own. All that it needs is enough morning sunshine and adequate amounts of water and you’ll reap its benefits in no time.
